Welcome to the Wilson Education Service Center Bid Opportunities Website

The Indiana Approved Educational Cooperative (IAESC) works with schools, government entities, and non-profits in Indiana. We utilize this system to conduct a fair and competitive bidding process. 

All bids follow competitive bidding requirements including local (Indiana) solicitation. The Wilson Education Center is a founding member and State of Indiana representative for AEPA. All product lines are made available through IAESC Procurement. From Athletics and Playgrounds, Turf, Tracks and Fields, to Scoreboards, Facilities, Technology, Security, Office, and Classroom Supplies, we ensure specific purchasing guidelines have been followed. 

Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Wilson Education Center will receive proposals for participating school corporations, municipalities, libraries, governmental entities, and higher education entities serviced by the Indiana Approved Educational Shopping Cooperative (IAESC Procurement), Wilson Education Center/IAESC Food Consortium, GovPro and Associate Members.
